FUNCTIONAL PROTEIN

Serves 1

  • 1 cup oat milk (cold)
  • 1 tbsp The Nue Co. Probiotic Protein
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp vanilla extra
  • To boost (optional): 1 tsp The Nue Co. Power Up / 1 tbsp coconut butter

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blitz together for 30 seconds until bubbles appear. Drink.

 

YOUTH JUICE

Serves 1

  • 1 tsp The Nue Co. Skin Food + Prebiotic 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
  • 1 squeeze of lemon
  • 1 cup oat milk

Directions: Combine all ingredients except the lemon in a small saucepan. Warm through on a low heat, stirring gently. Add lemon to serve. For a foamy texture, whisk together or blend until bubbles appear.

 

DEBLOAT LATTE

Serves 1

  • 1 tsp The Nue Co. Debloat Food + Prebiotic 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 1 cup oat milk

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Warm through on a low heat, stirring gently. For a foamy texture, whisk together or blend until bubbles appear.

 

ANTI JITTER LATTE

Serves 1

  • 1 tsp The Nue Co. Power Up
  • 1 tbsp The Nue Co. Energy Food + Prebiotic 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Warm through on a low heat, stirring gently. For a foamy texture, whisk together or blend until bubbles appear.
